Before you write

Questions people ask before they contact us

If yours is not here, send it in the form. A clinician answers it on the call.

Who calls me back?

A physician or nurse from our clinical team. The call is about medications, heart history and whether treatment is an option. It is not a consultation fee and nothing is billed.

Can I contact you for someone else?

Yes. Most of the people who write to us are a parent or partner. We can talk to you first, and the patient joins when they are ready.

Do you take payment when I contact you?

No. We never take payment before screening. A deposit is only requested once a physician has said yes on paper, and it is refunded in full if we later decline you.

What happens to what I write here?

It is read by our medical team only. It is stored under Mexican health-data law and is never sold or used for advertising.

Do you answer in Spanish?

Yes. Every physician on the team is bilingual, and you can write or call in either language.
